The role: •To manage Global and Local relationship with Pan-European customers with the support of local Account Managers•To grow Egencia customers profitability by selling new services and products•To increase trading value of the portfolio (new countries, new subsidiaries...)•To manage customer expectations and complaints, liaising where appropriate with internal departments e.g. Operations, Techno, Finance•To answer renewal Request for Proposals and re-negotiate contract•To focus on process improvement through innovative thinking Key Areas Of Responsibility: •Full responsibility for Pan-European customer relationship•Coordinate implementation process with Implementation team across Europe•Provide quarterly / bi-annual / annual reports to customers and use as a platform for increasing spend.
