A premier boutique public relations firm seeks part-time intern to assist in media relations, online publicity and events. This internship provides support to the marketing/PR executives, while exposing students to a wide variety of specific marketing and communications skills. We are currently looking for an intern to work on various projects in the lifestyle arena.

This internship will allow students exposure to various elements of a public relations firm. The right intern will be motivated, organized and creative. Duties will include: research, copywriting, creative brainstorming, media scheduling, media list building, online marketing, social media and communication with vendors, clients and the media, attending broadcast TV segments, attending and helping with events the Elle team produces and delivering product placement pieces to celebrities and publicists. Interns will be exposed to print, broadcast and online media with programs focused on clients in the lifestyle industry. Prospects should be prepared to dedicate two 8-hour days per week to the office.
