Competencies

* Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

* 12+ years in developing software applications

Minimum of four years of experience in following technologies:


* In-depth knowledge of storage management applications

* Excellent knowledge in local and remote storage replication technologies

* Windows programming.

* SCSI standards and SAN technologies

* Client/server application programming

* Distributed systems programming

* Object oriented design and programming.

* Good experience with UML 2.0 is a strong plus.

* System programming skills in C/C++/C#/Java

* Design and development experience on powershell CMDLET’s

* .NET Programming

Personal skills

* Strong communication and problem solving skills

* Ability to balance development and high priority customer issues.

* Mentor team and architect new solutions and products on EMC storage products

* Ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with little or no direction.

* Strong interpersonal skills
