Ability to transform business requirements into technical specifications.

At least five year of experience with customer-facing activities.

*
Solid background in Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Mining.

*
Proficiency in the R language.

*
Experience with SQL, Linux shell scripts, Perl, and AWK.

*
At least five years of experience developing and/or deploying Predictive Analytics.

*
Domain knowledge in at least three industries. Ideally: Finance, Health Care, and Telecommunications.

*
Overall knowledge of Business Intelligence; in particular, data modeling, ETL, and reporting tools.

*
Excellent verbal and written communication.

*
Excellent interpersonal skills.

*
Availability to travel weekly.

*
Experience with statistical packages, such as SAS, SPSS, and JMP, is a plus.

*
Requirements gathering.

Customer-facing activities.

Customer expectation management.

Design, implementation, and deployment of statistical models and data mining techniques for Predictive Analytics.

Creation of data visualization to present findings and results of analyses.

Occasional dashboard and report design.

Documentation

Required:

* Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent and a M.S. or Ph.D. in the same fields.
