Meets established revenue and expense objectives. Territory may be defined by geography, product, channel, or specific accounts PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assigns and manages territories and/or accounts. Hires, trains and manages a group of field sales representatives. Formulates sales plan for assigned accounts and inputs to sales strategies for District. Ensures forecasts are met. Develops recommendations on growth, opportunities for growth, and key target accounts. Assists in training sales representatives. Establishes and maintains contact and rapport with employees, customers, prospects within assigned area. Helps with difficult customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customers. SKILLS Communication skills. Customer focused. Presentation skills. Project management skills.
