Isilon Storage Division/EMC. is the leader in the realm of scalable storage systems and is looking for full time senior system software engineers.
Isilon Systems is seeking a highly talented and motivated Software Engineering Manager for our team in Bangalore, India. In this position the engineering manager will be responsible for grooming, hiring and build a top notch engineering team.

Required Skills:

* 10+ years of system software development experience.

* Ability to motivate and inspire a highly talented engineering team

* Good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to multitask, and drive team to organization goals

* Excellent software architecture, design, implementation, test, debugging skills

* Good programming skills.

* Kernel-mode development experience, e.g. device drivers, file systems, network protocols, etc.

* BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills:

* Experience in developing commercial File System, Networking, Clustering products

* Experience with the FreeBSD Operating Systems

* Experience working on a storage product

* Multithreaded programming experience
