EMC Consulting provides business-driven IT professional services integrating Microsoft, VMware and related technologies and providing strategic guidance and project leadership to Federal customers responding to consolidation, efficiency and/or security drivers.

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is an outside sales professional responsible for developing client relationships throughout the defined territory. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience selling services-led solutions to US Airforce, US Navy and/ or USMC Commands. Candidate must demonstrate ability (through key Government relationships) to secure meetings and discuss transformational initiatives that involve IT. This position offers tremendous earning potential.Hunter mentality, the ability to succeed through the development of internal/external relationships and entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
Requirements:

* 8+ years of Federal experience selling or technical account / engagement management in the consulting/professional services arena

* Technology-sales savvy (with VMware and Microsoft products a plus)

* Experience with effectively communicating and establishing relationships at the CIO and director level within Federal organizations and Federal Systems Integrators

* Experience identifying business solution needs with engineering staff

* Excellent information gathering skills at the client level, and communicating relevant details to the engineering team

* Experience developing mission-enabling solutions for clients and communicating them through design documents, written proposals, and presentations

* Experience managing full sales cycle on new client accounts

* Track record of developing new areas of opportunity within client organizations

* Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills, written, and verbal communication skills

* Agility, high energy, and entrepreneurial spirit are essential

* Bachelors degree
