Emergency Department:
- Quiet ED with MLP support
- 8 patient beds
- Estimated 10k patient volume
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 10 hours of MLP coverage
- 12% admit rate
- Back-up of 24 hour radiology, general surgery, ortho surgery, and anesthesiology

Criteria:
- Physicians: BC/BE EM or FP, IM, Surgery with 2 years ED experience
- MLPs: 2 years ED experience
