• F amily Medicine Clinic - Serving Grant County and surrounding areas for medical needs. Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F
• Walk-in Hours: Monday-Friday 5 PM - 7 PM
• Emergency Room - 24/7
• Acute Care/Swing Bed - Licensed Critical Access Hospital
• Rehabilitation - Offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy 5 days a week
• Diagnostics - Laboratory (with direct access testing and open weekends from 8-12), Radiology, Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI and CT
