Location: Sedona, AZ
Salary Range: $34,000/year

Description: Assist in all phases of the housekeeping department?s responsibilities and operations in order to continuously conform to a high level of standards of cleanliness, orderliness and attractiveness.
Duties: 1. Assist in coaching and disciplining employees in conjunction with Executive Housekeeper.
2. Help conduct inspections of all resort areas.
3. Assist in ordering supplies and taking inventory.
4. Control and inventory of all supplies.
5. Ensure lost and found items are turned in to Safety & Security.
6. Help with any ongoing training program.
7. Communicates all problems and complaints with the Executive Housekeeper.
8. Understand cost and controls to help maintain budget.
9. Understand the mix and use of chemicals.
10. Help with equipment maintenance.
11. Understands scheduling and payroll.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience. Prior Housekeeping and supervisory/management experience preferred. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Computer skills required. Strong team member relations skills. Working knowledge of English and Spanish is helpful - Bilingual a plus.
