Salary Range: $11.00/hour + commissions

Description: To answer incoming calls from reservations, sell leisure guest accommodations and contribute to the overall profitability of the resort.
Duties: 1. Answer calls in a timely manner, sell and upsell accommodations.
2. Answer guest inquiries in a bright, cheerful and sincere manner.
3. Send resort brochures upon request.
4. Produce and send guest confirmation each day.
5. Maintain and manage waiting list requests.
6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: High school education or equivalent work experience. Prior guest relations training in spa, hotel/resort or other customer service industry desired. Must be computer literate, have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
