The Distribution Analyst position is a training role designed to allow the Analyst to learn the midstream business on the job from the Distribution Coordinators and Schedulers in the assigned area in preparation for assuming one of these roles. The Analyst’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Learn the basics of the midstream business from others in the assigned area.

  • Assist group with scheduling support.

  • Generate and distribute schedules/reports on a daily basis.

  • Participate in meetings with the Schedulers and/or Coordinators.

  • Prepare product supply and demand forecast.

  • Serve as a back-up for the Distribution Coordinator or Scheduler roles in the group.

  • General assistance for others as needed.


The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency of MS Excel and Word is required.

  • Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers is required.

  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving. is required.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels within the organization are required.

  • Strong work ethic and academic experiences are required.

  • Strong communications and leadership skills are required.

  • High level of initiative and responsive in a time critical environment is required.

  • Geographic and assignment flexibility is required.
