Service Engineer Mobile Switching Stage 5 Job Listing at Ericsson LATAM in Mexico City

-Deliver services within site engineering, integration and/or configuration and/or support of products and networks in accordance with clearly defined specification in the customer contract. -Identify and isolate malfunctioning systems/nodes and if possible apply resolving processes. -Execute programming on parts of IT-tools to enable that the tools can be used to deliver services in the day to day operations. -Plan and design networks within a given framework and in accordance to contract specification. Participate in network optimisation. -Perform software updates and software audits. -Conduct limited customised integration of products/networks, including 3 rd party products. -Carry out appropriate site design and layout, after a site has been approved.
-Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, telecom) OR 1-2 years academic studies combined with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

-Learns and is getting trained in Ericsson processes, methods and tools to gain experience. Also participate in mentored, practical experiences to expand his or her Ericsson knowledge.

-Service Engineer Experienced for GSM CORE, RAN WRAN Software Deployment updates and upgrades
