* Bachelor of Science degree required

* 5-7 years of consulting experience

* 1-3 years of exposure to physician revenue cycle or EMR in a, services or consulting capacity

* Demonstrated history of accomplishment bringing positive change through a top-tier consulting firm or on the ground within a physicians'' practice

* 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, sales engineering or a demonstrated ability to influence decisions

Has what it takes to build the kind of strong client relationships that result in soaring levels of satisfaction, retention and adoption of additional services.

Can successfully consult with clients to empower them to optimize financial and clinical performance using organization’s products and services.

Possesses the gumption and resourcefulness to drive the up-sell/cross-sell of additional products and services to satisfy customers'' business needs and pain points.

Has expert experience driving and tracking key projects, solving complex business challenges and coordinating all aspects of client interaction.

Takes it personally when a client decides to leave for another product or service.

Passionate about changing the way healthcare works and improving electronic medical record systems.

Exceptional business insight - Think cross-functionally and apply knowledge of broad business issues to innovate and forecast (estimate work parameters, expense, and Return on Investment).
