the FCB Strategic Analytics Senior Analyst

 

FCB is looking for a gifted Strategic Analytics Senior Analyst. We want you to see and spot market trends others overlook and produce data savvy ideas from large and multiple data sources applying quantitative methods and techniques with dexterity.

 

High-level work responsibilities include marketing measurement, campaign evaluation, opportunity sizing, in-market test planning, analysis and reporting. Those who do this job best have a passion for the way people live and a relentless curiosity about where trends are trending, modeling raw knowledge into raw power.

Responsibilities:

    • Uses broad technical and data analysis skills as well as business industry knowledge for quantitative analysis
    • Determines relevant quantitative methods for solving client marketing problems
    • Addresses and analyzes marketing programs using the following tools and techniques: Predictive statistical models, customer profiling, regression analysis, data analysis and mining
    • Anticipates analysis priorities and keeps Lead / Director informed of requirements

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

the personality

  • Has at least 5 years work experience in marketing analytics or related field such as advertising, retail marketing, product marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, loyalty marketing, etc.
  • BA/BS in Marketing/Mathematics/Economics/ Psychology/ Statistics/ Engineering
  • Self directed
  • Demonstrates good communication skills by sharing insights and take-aways in client
  • Has MS Office and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
  • Experience with software such as MS Access, SQL, etc. required
  • Data manipulation experience with SPSS, SAS, etc. a plus
  • Database experience and mapping software experience a plus
  • Experience with such data sources as Nielsen (sales); MRI/Simmons (marketing media research); Millward Brown (brand health); ComScore (online panel data) preferred
