Location: Mondovi, ItalyDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:HR Policy & Procedure· To ensure that the site policies and procedures comply with FM Corporate HRRECRUITMENT & ORGANISATION· To support the recruitment process including interview and selection· General recruitment administration e.g. maintaining recruitment database, interview appointments, regret letters, offer letters, reference requests, etc· To ensure that all jobs have an up to date job description and skills & characteristics specification agreed and that all jobs are evaluated against this information.TRAINING· To ensure that a Company Training Plan is completed for the site by identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, performance management· Manage and control annual training budget· Perform gap analysis between actual and desired skill sets, area by area· Provide HR Manager with training and development requirements based on both organizational and employee needs, ensuring that training is relevant to all parties involved· Design and implement a way in which to evaluate and confirm knowledge transfer to enable the company to prove acquired competency· Ensure that all statutory training requirements are met liaising with H&S and other local management· Maintain all training records and review training activitiesPOSITIVE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS· Support HR Manager in annual definition of Site PER plan and implementation with management team· Support management team in application of their dedicated PER programme activitiesGENERAL· Ad hoc administrative duties for the Human Resources Manager including the preparation and distribution of briefing documents, employee notices, etc· To support HR Manager in the provision of company mobile phones or other Company benefits in line with Corporate Policy and to ensure that all users are aware of policy detail including updates· Support the recruitment of interns by liaising with local and overseas universities and other FM plants· To support the management team with short-term and long-term absence reviews where further intervention is required· To research specific projects as required and to present findings to the relevant local management. To deputize for the HR Manager in all relevant situations both internally and externally providing ad hoc support for the Human Resources Manager including HR projects on an ongoing basisREQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in HR funtion in manufacturing/unionised environmentGood working knowldege of Italian employment lawItalian language and Fluent English requiredProven organisational skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (excel, word, powerpoint)be comfortable in a confidential environmentSelf motivated
