This role provides you the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive training program that will supply you the necessary knowledge and expertise to interact effectively with our customers while obtaining your Series 7 and 63 licenses.   • Interact with customers, via inbound calls, responding to requests for information and assistance with their brokerage accounts to include description of account features, communicating account balances, and executing efficient and accurate stock trades
  • Engage in insightful conversations with clients regarding economic market conditions as well as various markets such as equity, fixed income, and international
  • Lead customers toward defined solutions applicable to their situation
  • Effectively use on-line resources, including Fidelity.com and Microsoft Windows-based workstation to execute trades, account distributions, provide account balance and transaction information, discuss Fidelity's wide range of products and services, and provide market news and quotes


Qualifications Education and Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Financial Services experienceor an affinity towards learning about the industry
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent consultative, rapport-building and communications skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Basic market knowledge and/or desire to become a subject-matter expert in the financial services industry
  • Ability to contribute in a team-oriented environment and adjust to change while multi-tasking in a busy financial service center
  • Demonstrated influencing and/orconsultative skills preferred but not required
