Description
Description The manager will be part of the PWIS, Professional Services, Line HR team. This group partners with multiple business units within PWIS to identify and drive their human capital priorities. The manager is responsible for developing and maintaining program/project documentation to provide visibility into project/program portfolio for assigned businesses. This role develops standardized and customized human capital dashboards, reports and metrics that support business priorities and inform business decisions. Examples include hire/termination/retention rates, compensation spend/distribution, organizational spans and layers and scorecard KPIs. This position can be based out of our Smithfield, Rhode Island or Merrimack, New Hampshire offices. Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with Line HR to understand business priorities and develop dashboards, reports and metrics to establish baseline information and to track progress towards desired outcomes.
  • Inform, guide and advise Line HR with regards to workforce analytics options. Understand impact and potential issues associated with options. And, recommend most efficient and impactful data solutions for specific client needs.
  • Create standard and custom reports using data from standard sources within and outside the function in order to create graphical analysis with trend analysis and commentary
  • Identify and track key scorecard KPIs.
  • Track progress and provide key updates on specific projects/programs designed to meet business objectives
  • Leverage appropriate network/resources to move work forward
  • Understand and leverage tools, techniques, processes and key production application systems to meet client needs.
  • Understand and drive key HR processes. Share best practices and identify process improvements.
  • Represent team on cross company initiatives

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of related experience or Masters degree and 3+ years of related experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the HR function
  • Knowledge of core application systems, tools, techniques and processes for data gathering and reporting purposes
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and consulting skills
  • With direction, can work independently on assigned deliverables
  • Strong client service and results orientation
