Client Experience Institutional Service and Trade Support Group provides service and trade related operational support to Separately Managed Account clients of National Financial, Fidelity Family Office Services and Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services. The majority of the resources will focus on client satisfaction with specific attention in the areas of client service, trade support, relationship management, problem resolution, and process improvement. In addition you will also assist in the training and development of internal & external partners, and recommending improvements of existing processes.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop relationships and partnerships with complex clients
Support service and trading relationships and partnerships with institutional clients
Respond directly to all client inquiries: telephone, fax, email and written correspondence
Proactively manage client issues and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
Train/educate clients in the areas of process, policy and procedures (including Fidelity and Industry rules and regulations)
Make sound, definitive business decisions which met our client’s needs within the confines of our policies and procedures – work with management and various other Fidelity departments to address as necessary
Work effectively with management and internal partners by developing professional and strong working relationships with all levels of management and associates. Includes working with line and business managers to identify opportunities for process improvement.


Education and Experience
Four year college degree
3-5 years Operations and Service experience in financial services industry, with a sound understanding of the Broker/Dealer clearing/custody marketplace
Series 7 & 63 preferred, required to obtain within 180 days
Trade Support/Settlement experience preferred
General understanding of investment/financial products

Skills and Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
Business level verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment under limited direction
Entrepreneurial spirit and critical thinking analysis
Excellent team membership and leadership skill
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to think both tactically and strategically
Project management experience preferred. Business analysis, process improvement and consulting experience a plus
Effective relationship building and influence capability across multiple management levels
