Description

The Client Management Representative (CMR) is a member of an inbound relationship management team designed to retain, acquire and deliver on the needs of clients with assets below $200,000. You will interact directly with our customers and answer inbound telephone inquiries, respond to client e-mails and conduct strategic annual reviews with customers with the goal of providing superior customer service to enhance client loyalty and retain assets. In addition, you will have the opportunity to partner with senior sales and relationship managers as a subject matter expert on managed accounts.

Primary Responsibilities :

Educate clients on an ongoing basis regarding asset allocation

Conduct annual reviews of clients profiles to ensure suitable portfolio allocations

Probe, uncover and incorporate all relevant financial and personal data to identify the most appropriate investment strategy and identify additional investment opportunities

Conduct welcome calls with new clients to solidify the relationship and outline the service model

Resolve service requests in coordination with PAS Service Specialists


Qualifications

Education Experience :

Series 7 (required)

Series 66 within 30 days of hire

Minimum of 3 years of previous financial services experience

Broad based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts

Proven customer service, relationship management and sales skills

Skills Knowledge :

Proven customer service, relationship management and sales skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively influence others

Efficiently problem solve, be pro-active, demonstrate initiative and multi-task

Robust time management and organizational skills

Comprehensive understanding of tax and retirement issues

Previous experience consulting with clients or possess a strong desire to learn this approach
