User Experience Design Developer

Fidelitys award winning User Experience Design team seeks a senior client-side developer to help us build Fidelity's websites of the future. We work with teams of designers and server-side developers on creating web applications for both desktop and mobile. A strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience building reusable client-side components is required.

Responsibilities:

• Prototype new applications based upon discussions with designers and business partners, or a requirements document.
• Develop final presentation layer code for production to Fidelity's technical standards and style guide.

Deliverables:

• A functioning presentation layer that visually meets the business requirements, satisfies design aspects, and has reuse value for development.

Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, HTML 5, CSS, and toolkits such as jQuery or Ext-JS are a must.
• Image editing experience with applications such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with preprocessors and the MVC pattern.
• BA/BS degree in a Computer Science or related area is preferred.
