Description Position Overview The Fidelity Benefits Consulting Group is comprised of over 280 professionals who help clients solve complex (or simple) problems. We offer a broad range of services that touch on every area of benefits design, strategy, funding, communication and delivery. Most of us come from other leading consulting firms and all have experience in multiple industries. We focus on large companies (more than 5,000 employees) but have many valued relationships with much smaller organizations. Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead new business efforts. Collaborate cross-practice and across Fidelity to secure new business for consulting and the broader organization, as appropriate
  • Create sustainable and profitable client relationships and ensure quality work products are delivered.
  • Consult across DB, DC, NQ and employee/retiree educational issues and anticipate changing client needs
  • Identify opportunities to bring in other consulting capabilities
  • Ability to participate on regional leadership team to identify future business and talent needs
  • Contribute to thought leadership across consulting and Fidelity
  • Ability in future to Manageand/or mentorassociatesall those (across all practices) with whom you work
  • Be part ofthe effort to interview/hire new associates
  • Remain current on legislative and technical requirements

Qualifications Requirements
  • Credentialed actuary (ASA EA minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-20 year of experience consulting to large companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Commitment to help others succeed
  • Ability to work with and influence others across group
