This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the Sustainability and the Global Procurement Leadership Teams. The expectations for the successful candidate will include but not be limited to preparing presentations; making conference, meeting & travel arrangements; preparing expense reports; calendar management; maintaining business contact information, purchase and invoice management; mail distribution and phone coverage.
• Interact cordially and professionally with third party providers, FMC customers and internal personnel
• Effectively handle routine correspondence, phone calls and inquires
• Manage incoming and outgoing mailings, including international shipments
• Manage day to day calendar activities
• Update organizational data as needed
• Assist with uploading information to the Sustainability and Global Procurement websites
• Prepare and edit presentations utilizing technology for graphics and mapping
• Manage, prepare & submit expense reports for certain individuals within GPG and Sustainability
• Track external spending using excel
• Utilize the Contract Management Tool (Ariba) as required by the GPG
• Create purchase requisitions utilizing SRM and manage goods receipts and invoices
• Supplies ordering using purchasing card and reconcile monthly charges based on needs of multiple cost centers
• Handle all aspects of arranging meetings, conferences and conference calls - both on-site and off-site
• Coordinate travel arrangements and necessary travel documents for personnel within Sustainability and Procurement as well as coordinate local travel arrangements & agendas for international guests
• Assist with coordination of special, group & community events and team activities
• Identify and implement procedural changes that result in improved department operations and/or cost reduction
Required Education:
• Minimum High School Degree; Associate Degree preferred

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a corporate environment
• Solid working knowledge in computer applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Advanced PowerPoint, Database software and the Internet with the ability to learn new applications
• Proficiency working with SAP or similar Enterprise Application System
• Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to details
• Agile learner
• Ability to prioritize work independently and exercise sound judgment
