Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Function as a member of a team charged with implementation of new process technology
• Perform experiments from bench scale through plant trials to support new process and product development efforts
• Complete all work accurately and efficiently, and effectively communicate results
• Ensure safe working practices are followed

Required Education:
• Associate's degree in science or engineering and/or relevant knowledge acquired through work experience.

Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• At least 5 years of work experience in laborarory, pilot plant and/or production environment. College level training may partially substitute for work experience
• Pilot plant or MCC plant experience preferred
• Good written and verbal communications skills. Good math skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow specific instructions
• Good project and time management skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and proficiency in operation of pilot scale equipment preferred
• Practical and operational knowledge of MCC processing
• Proficiency in relevant MCC laboratory and analytical techniques
• Computer literate; specific proficiency in Work, Excel

OTHER
• Capacity to think out of the box
• Occasional travel required
