Position Duties: • Overall vehicle integration, responsible for confirming platform selection and delivering upfront, compatible attribute targets on vehicle programs • Apply systems design methods and tools (requirements analysis, benchmarking, synthesis, modeling, futuring, etc.) to translate customer / marketing information into targets and associated hardware decisions • Work cross-functionally with Design and Release Engineering, Vehicle Attribute Engineering, Studio/Design, etc., to resolve attribute compatibility issues by determining innovative engineering solutions • Interface with Planning and Program teams to ensure solutions are compatible with overall quality, cost, and weight objectives ResponsibilitiesMinimum Requirements:
• BS Engineering • Overall vehicle, attribute, and functional hardware knowledge. • Candidate must be able to demonstrate key leadership behaviors : build strong relationships; be a team player; communicate clearly, concisely, and candidly; demonstrate initiative, empowerment, courage, tenacity, and integrity; set high expectations; hold yourself responsible and accountable for delivering results RequirementsPreferred Qualifications:
• BS or Higher in ME/EE Engineering or related • 3 Plus yrs.
