Billing Group Supervisor

Here is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of a premier healthcare organization.The detail-oriented individual we select will supervise and assign AR tasks/functions to Senior Patient Account Representatives and Patient Account Representatives. Ensuring that effective training is provided for all team members, this professional will evaluate performance of AR staff, perform payroll/personnel record processing, and supervise office management including AP and collections/reimbursement.

Past Successes, Education, and Qualifications Should Include:

• Four or more years of experience in a business environment, including experience with accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, accounting, and extensive knowledge of third-party billing.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  
• Supervisory background including management of AR within a healthcare-related organization.
  
• Ability to analyze data and use it to successfully direct multiple staff activities.
