PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.

The Corporate Recruiting Manager will manage and develop a team of recruiters who will drive the internal and external recruiting processes for Fresenius Medical Care. The Corporate Recruiting Manager will also partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies and plans. In addition, the Corporate Recruiting Manager will be personally responsible for the full-life cycle of management-level openings. The Corporate Recruiting Manager will foster an environment of continuous improvement and lead the recruiters in finding the strongest candidates through creative sourcing and emerging recruitment technology. Finally, the Corporate Recruiting Manager will enhance visibility and reputation in key recruiting channels while positioning FMCNA as an employer of choice among target candidates.

DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards.

  • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.

  • Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Leading a team of recruiters in a highly complex recruiting environment in order to deliver high-quality candidates to hiring managers.

  • Developing the capabilities of the recruiting team in the areas of effective sourcing, interviewing, and assessment of candidates.

  • Analyzing hiring results, metrics and trends to manage performance of team and individuals. Produce accurate and useful reports for clients. Based on data, make appropriate recommendations to enhance the recruiting process.

  • Educating and assisting managers in the recruiting and selection process.

  • Personally responsible for the full-life cycle of management-level openings.

  • Maintaining current knowledge of relevant recruiting procedures and practices in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations, and Company policies and procedures

  • Driving an efficient, consistent hiring process from start to finish, including driving best practices in hiring process and hiring decisions, interview techniques, number of interviews, best channels, etc.

  • Maintaining visibility/transparency into recruiting activity including time to fill and cost per hire, hiring manager satisfaction

  • Responsible for talent management including recruiting, development of team members as well as succession planning.

  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Five to seven years recruiting experience preferably in both an agency and corporate setting

  • Two to three years management experience with demonstrated success in performance management and employee development

  • Customer service orientation, discipline and focus

  • Data management experience including report measurement and analysis.
