Were looking for a social media addict who has hands on experience in a wide array of channels and is well-versed in social media vocabulary, tools, processes, analytics, emerging trends and best practices. Working closely with internal and external partners, this position will drive innovation in social media and keep Gilt at the forefront of the social media space.

Manage the implementation and administration of social support strategies across all Gilt categories (Womens, Mens, Home, Children)
Establish and maintain reporting across social channels to understand ROI and growth opportunities
Partner with internal and external experts to create, produce, and distribute engaging and immersive content for our members on a regular basis (internal content, user-generated, etc.)
Drive social media efforts and increase Gilt brand engagement
Project manage large- and small-scale initiatives to support Gilts social media strategy
Partner with Customer Support to align on daily customer communications
Administer Facebook creative, manage tab features/functionality, and create/monitor Wall posts
