My Name is Jeff "GAT" Gatlin. I am an Artist/CEO and industry professional with over 13 years experience in the music industry. I started my company "Full Fledged Star Entertainment" in 2009. I'm from Arkadelphia,Arkansas, but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where I gained all of my industry experience.My break began when I recorded a song called "Five Star General" which provided me with over 100,000 plays on Myspace in 2007. Which gained me a position at BMF/SWISHGANG a large organization with infinite growth potential.I started out with the CEO "32" which was a previous intern with Jermaine Dupri. And Calico JONEZ who just recently left SODMG headed by the CEO SouljaBoyTellEm. I've worked closely with industry professionals and a incredible network. We are more than just a booking company we are a one stop shop. We have our entertainment division , booking, management, consulting, clothing line, etc.

The candidates I am looking for consists of hardworking individuals that understand the music industry and how to be professional and work your way to the top of the food chain. It's a fast paced environment in which you will work long hours and make lots of phone calls. I am looking for people that can close deals. Mainly you may assist which things such as checking emails, and sending emails out to potential clients. "running errands", attending events, and also could include some travel.

I have booked such artists as Def Jam's newest signee "Trinidad James", Juvenile, , Young Jeezy, Future,2Chainz along with other individuals. I have the direct link. I'm looking for individuals that are motivated and want to work their way to the top! I want individuals that are willing to prove themselves and work their way tot he top and potentially obtain a permanent position within my organization. I recently just acquired along with my booking partner rights with Rocko's record label "A1 Freebandz" home to superstar Future. We are currently organizing a FreeBandz Tour. I have a clientbase of 5 to 10 inviduals. I need individuals that are hardworkers that can work during some holidays and weekends.
