The Events Manager is responsible for bringing the fun and energy of Old Navy to life within the territory. The Events Manager will serve a market of approximately 100 stores by helping them drive traffic and ensure customer and store experience expectations are met or exceeded. This role is a subject matter expert on each of the stores in their markets and will play a critical role in influencing others on solutions that promote a fun and engaging store and customer experience.
The Events Manager will also ensure store teams understand, celebrate and sell our product through localization of events. They will inspire others and foster a culture of continuous growth and evolution. They will lead their teams to bring our brand to life through "gotta get it, jaw dropping, feel good fun" for our employees and customers. And they will help us evolve from running stores to creating an Old Navy experience that's an integrated part of Jennie's life - setting us apart from competitors and helping us drive results.
Customer and Store Experience

* Assist Market Leaders in developing and executing in-store events tied back to the overarching strategy
* Responsible for translating global vision into a local market strategy and approach
* Execute local market strategy to drive traffic, promote great service and generate sales
* Supports leaders with localized public relations for the market

Education
Four year college degree preferred

Experience
3 -5 years of marketing, public relations, or similar experience
Multiple store experience preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
