Location: US-NY-NEW YORK Other Locations: General Summary-Lead the Marketing Finance team to deliver and present comprehensive financial analysis with recommendations regarding marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store tests. This position will lead the creation of marketing financial strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Financial Responsibilities: * Oversee the long range plan, budget and forecast for divisional and marketing expense by business unit; provide strategic framing and focus of business issues impacting each business unit. * Analyze the impact of marketing events and offers through trend/impact analyses that calculate the incremental effect of these events on sales, comp components and margin levers * Act as a lead finance business partner to the Marketing leadership team, providing a strong financial and business point of view and influencing strategic business decisions * Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across regional finance teams to promote teamwork and organizational alignment. * Keep regional business partners updated on emerging issues, brand strategies and direction * Anticipate needs of senior management and business partners, and prioritize team efforts to deliver results * Create consistent, standardized processes and reports across regional teams * Establish a track record of clear communication up, down and across the organization Leadership: * Train and develop a Senior Analyst in order to create a strong network to service all internal business partners * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA a plus. * 5-6 years of relevant work experience, with minimum of 2 years supervisory experience * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including ability to formulate business strategy * Outstanding oral, written, and formal presentation skills including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way. * Proven leader with a strong track record of team development * Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment. Detail oriented with strong organization skills * Self-motivated, able to make quick, calculated decisions, follow through with responsibilities and be accountable for results * Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle GL, Essbase strongly preferred Apply on Company Website |
