Garden City Hospital is currently seeking a Wound Care and Hyperbaric Program Director for our center located in Westland, Michigan. The Program Director is responsible to the hospital and wound care contract provider for the successful operation and management of a mature, high volume wound care and hyperbaric medicine program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of wound care and hyperbaric staff, a multiplace hyperbaric system and associated equipment, personnel development, budgeting, departmental revenue cycle management, performance improvement, accreditation and community education with a dedicated focus on an aggressive marketing program.

This well established program is located 20 minutes from downtown Detroit within a progressive outpatient specialty center that also houses the medical directors office.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.

Previous healthcare experience in an outpatient operational wound care setting including a background in personnel management, PL responsibility, sales and marketing, and revenue cycle management preferred.

Previous experience in wound care and hyperbaric operations is required.

Ability to develop a business and marketing plan and execute them successfully.

Ability to physically meet the working conditions required of the job.

Computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
