Job Duties Responsibilities Northern New Jersey location. Anywhere from Union, Hunterdon counties or above. Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing preferred. Candidate must possess excellent customer service, communication, organiztional and negotiating skills.Mechanical aptitude required. Candidate should be a highly motivated individual that has the desire to be the best adjuster in all categories especially customer service and cost control in the company. Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record. Must be willing to work a schedule that would encompass envenings and weekends as part of your normal work week. Salary Information Starting salary is $40,000. Depending on your performance you may be eligible for an increase of up to $49,000 within 6 to 8 months.
