DescriptionJob Duties Responsibilities GEICO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in developing and/or leading corporate talent management and management development processes. This position is responsible for the company-wide training and development of new and incumbent supervisors and managers, as well as developing and managing corporate management development and succession planning processes.
The incumbent will assess management needs at all levels, and ensure that appropriate development programs are in place to meet the needs. The position will work programmatically and directly with supervisors, managers and above (both remotely and face to face) to drive improved effectiveness and development. Successful experience running talent management and management development processes is required. Strong business and leadership background and strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills are essential.
