Job Duties Responsibilities GEICO seeks a team-oriented individual who is passionate about data and people!

Within our Washington, DC corporate headquarters, GEICO seeks a driven and experienced Industrial Organizational (I/O) psychologist to join our Corporate Employee Selection team. You will help design, validate and implement employment selection tools that assist GEICO in selecting and hiring qualified new employees.

In addition to applying your knowledge and skills, you will travel across the country to major GEICO offices in order to train our HR recruiting teams on how to best utilize selection tools and assessments. As a subject matter expert, our corporate and regional teams will rely on you to analyze and report on selection process results to help them better execute the process. Candidate Qualifications -Master's or PhD degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field required.
-Applied experience in employee selection
-Proficiency using SPSS or SAS
-Knowledgeable in employment law
-Strong research and data analysis skills
-Highly effective communication and presentation skills
-Permanent U.S. work authorization
