Job Duties Responsibilities Even minor accidents or a shattered windshield can be traumatic for drivers. It takes an empathetic person to provide outstanding customer service during these situations. As a Glass Claims Customer Service Representative at GEICO, you are there when it counts – assisting policyholders in all 50 states – after their vehicles have been damaged.

Through our industry-leading, paid training, you will learn the fundamentals of handling glass insurance claims and how to process initial loss reports. After training, you will provide customer service to our policyholders throughout the insurance claims process and make arrangements for glass damage to be repaired.

Training Hours: M-F - 7:30am-3:30pm or 4pm-12am
Transition Hours: M-F - 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
Work Hours: M-F - 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm
Weekend Work: Every other Saturday and Sunday with same hours as weekday assignment
