Job Duties Responsibilities GEICO's Las Vegas Staff Counsel office is seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience to defend personal injury lawsuits pending in Las Vegas, NV area.

Job duties will include the defense of first- and third-party cases, conducting all aspects of discovery, and assisting with determinations regarding liability, damages, and coverage as requested by the Claims Department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, analytical and computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Candidate must have ability and motivation to independently manage caseload and move all pending cases forward toward conclusion and timely comply with reporting requirements. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada and be in good standing.
