DescriptionJob Duties Responsibilities Under close supervision, receives and responds to questions via the telephone or internet from policyholders, mortgage representatives, and other interested 3rd parties concerning billing information, mortgagee information, and other requests that do not require a Property and Casualty license. Relays information to callers and processes endorsements.
Communicates the multiple payment plan options for at least 10 different partners, each with a minimum of 4 different payment plans/options. Explains these options to our GEICO Property Agency customers. Processes payment transactions. Communicates and explains service fees, late fees, NSF charges, cancellation fees, earned premium, due dates, and future billing by partner, state, and pay plan. Candidate Qualifications *Must be able to speak in a professional manner by telephone. *Must perform duties at a stationary workstation. *Must be able to handle heavy call volume and stressful situations. *Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills. *Must be able to multi-task. *Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
