Receives incoming phone inquiries from policyholder requests and/or resolve complaints. Processes policyholder request for proof of coverage and identification cards. Processes payment plan changes on accounts. Screens calls and completes additional telephone transfers to other operational areas. Candidate Qualifications Excellent communication skills.
