* Handle an average of 15-25 inbound sales calls per day in a call center environment
* Gather information from prospective policyholders
* Be an expert on GEICO products and benefits and use that expertise to close sales
* Help our customers select the insurance policy that's best for them answer their questions
* Prepare high-quality rate quotes and make it easy for customers to buy GEICO
* Follow-up with interested or eligible customers who did not buy on their first contact
* Provide guidance on additional product lines that best protect our customers
* Receive paid licensing and sales training
* Opportunity for monthly sales bonus (bonus-earners receive an average bonus of $1,100/mo.
* Receive annual merit reviews
* The average associate receives 3 pay increases in the first 12 months (equivalent to
