DescriptionJob Duties Responsibilities The Competitive Advantage Leadership Group (CALG) is hiring a full time Senior Business Analyst for the Auto Damage team. This is a full-time position located at the GEICO corporate headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD. We are looking for someone who thrives in a numbers-oriented, data driven environment. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required. As part of the interview process, you may be asked to complete an Excel technical test to demonstrate proficiency.
As an analyst on this team, you will be responsible for supporting highly visible companywide objectives such as Auto Damage Core Metrics, Lean Six Sigma process reviews, claims system enhancements, and other special projects that arise. You will also be responsible for coordinating champion calls with the Auto Damage Directors and publishing monthly reports to claims management. Your primary responsibilities will include managing, manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data and providing recommendations based on results of your analysis. The candidate selected will receive Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt training and may be asked to lead a corporate process review. Candidate Qualifications Requirements: *Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or Statistics preferred, but all disciplines will be considered *Minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA *Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills *Ability to manage complex data sets and understand table relationships *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *High level of dependability *Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Access is not required, but preferred Salary Information $50,000 - $55,000 How To Apply Please click Apply Now to complete your application; you will need an active email address and phone number.
