Job Duties Responsibilities Requirements:

Are you a strong critical thinker and good at managing people? As a Production Systems Supervisor in our Underwriting, Reserving and Control Department, you'll help GEICO in the supervision of a team of systems analysts responsible for maintaining and testing of underwriting systems. This position is located in our Fredericksburg, VA office. Candidate Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in Business or related major is preferred
*2 years prior supervisory experience required
*Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
*Must have strong decision making and problem solving skills
*Proven prior experience with writing detailed business requirements and writing / executing detailed test plans preferred
*Must be able to work independently with limited supervision, perform under pressure and multi-task
*Must be proficient with MS Office
*Must pass an analytical assessment
