Principal Reporting Analyst / Principal Enterprise Asset Management Administrator

The Enterprise Asset Management Administrator / Principal Reporting Analyst is responsible for the daily management of the organization's computerized system that supports the company's manufacturing operations in the areas of Asset Management, Reliability and Maintenance. This position regularly consults with the system users, IT, Quality and Manufacturing organizations with respect to application functionality and issues. This position maintains solid understanding of related areas/systems and their impact to ensure achievement of regulatory compliance, organizational initiatives and corporate goals.

In this role the System Administrator serves as a core team leader ensuring new and existing system enhancements comply with internal/external regulations, policies and procedures. This person works independently under minimum supervision to perform the following job functions:

• Serve as prime contact with installed user base and system developer
• Guide the successful completion of major programs and will function in a project leadership role
• Manage projects and budgets, provide timelines, oversee implementation and is accountable for timely deliverables
• Evaluate, supports development and oversees change control for the EAM computer systems and environments
• Interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations
• Represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects
• Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives and approaches to assignment
• Support systems upgrades
• Interact with end users to ensure the information entered in the EAM system is always up to date
• Provide technical support, documentation and training to the stakeholders and end users
• Collect, analyze and implement end user requirements and EAM user permissions
• Support asset management efforts
• Initiate projects to improve the management and flow of information
• Write SQL statements and commands
• Create Cognos reports

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

• 9+ years' experience in administration of an enterprise computer application

Successful Candidates Should Also Possess:

• Experience with Cognos report writing tool
• Proficient in writing SQL statements and commands
• Familiarity with standard maintenance practices such as Planning, Asset Management, PM and PdM Programs
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
• Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong commitment to excellence
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to travel 5% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• A strong background in maintenance and/or reliability functions
• BA/BS
