Responsible for the business intelligence, analytics, and decision support services for the service line, program and departmental leadership. Provide strategic financial information for the organization through the maintenance and improvement of a financial management program and its performance. Collaborate with leadership to provide relevant analysis, information and support to identify, present, and influence opportunities that improve overall financial performance and the competitive position of the organization. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of three years health care experience in relevant field of which two years experience is in an acute care hospital. Experience as a financial analyst using a cost accounting system for a hospital is preferred. Demonstrate understanding of hospital operations, reimbursement and finance procedures. Must have effective knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access and Word programs. Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or other data visualization software is preferred.
