The Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator works with the company President in marketing the company's services to new client prospects. The ideal candidate is seeking a generalist business position that develops skills sets in direct marketing, business operations, market research and written and verbal communications. Specific responsibilities consist of:Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the organization's website and social media. Clerical duties include data input and tracking, filing, preparing forms and correspondence, checking voice mail messages, responding to simple calls and emails and other miscellaneous clerical duties.
Desired qualifications: experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter); excellent communication and customer service skills; strong computer skills (Wordpress, Quickbooks, Google Docs, Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, Photoshop, etc)
