* Develop and manage hardware development project schedules with engineering teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.
* Work closely with ODM’s and vendors on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets.
* Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, facilitate conflict resolution.
* Interface between vendors and product engineering teams, setting and managing schedules and milestones.
* Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and communicate to stakeholders and organizations at all levels.
Minimum qualifications

* BA/BS engineering degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).

Preferred qualifications

* 8 years of experience working with partners, vendors and ODMs in product development.
* High-tech industry experience with a track record of hands-on product development, program management, project management, professional services or engineering management.
* Strong team player and creative thinker who is able to lead technical teams, cross functional groups, and vendors against plans.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes and operations planning.
