Description* Provide pre and post-sales consulting, post-implementation training, as well as ongoing consulting and development of best practices with clients
* Work with business leaders to develop strategy including best practices, change management, and monetization analysis * Conduct technical walk-throughs of new product features as they relate to client product usage * Collaborate with the Sales team or lead efforts to monitor exchange activity and track performance against goals. Identify delays, budget, or technical quality concerns so they can be proactively addressed * Ensure project team, internal management, and external customers are provided with appropriate, timely, and accurate project information and status updates Minimum qualifications * BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience) Preferred qualifications * Knowledge of Python, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript or prior experience troubleshooting technical issues * Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic matrix environment and able to manage competing priorities * Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively * Highly-motivated individual with a proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion * Strong communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational setting Area The Google Technical Services (gTech) team serves as the primary point of contact for our global Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams to support our sales organization across all products.
