Product Management Leader, Sales Tools Job Listing at Google in CA

* Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
* Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
* Develop and launch new products and enhance existing products.
* Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
Minimum qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in science or technical field (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
* 7 years of relevant work experience in Product Management, especially enterprise software
* This is a very technical product area, so experience with complex data systems or a degree in computer science related fields is required.
* Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a winning product vision.

Preferred qualifications

* Customer relationship management software experience with a focus on sales force automation a very strong plus
* Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with senior leaders, peers, and direct reports
* Significant people and organizational management skills. A natural leader and mentor.
