Vendor Operations Lead, SEA Job Listing at Google in Kuala Lumpur

* Drive SMB customer acquisitions to meet and exceed program targets
* Act as Liaison between our Vendor and Country B2B Marketing Team. Coordinate with relevant internal Google departments such as Billing, Product Management, Policy teams, etc.
* Highlight top line key business insights to stakeholders and ETO management on a weekly basis. Work on initiatives and projects that improve ETO operations.
* Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by upselling and promoting other Google products.
* Serve as day-to-day Google representative to manage our vendor and support the development of the sales team. Work with vendor management team to development programs for sales rep and account managers.
Minimum qualifications

* BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 6 years of relevant work experience).
* Experience with the Malaysia market and SMB market dynamics.

Preferred qualifications

* Experience in BPO operations management and/or sales management.
* Salesforce CRM experience.
* Deep knowledge of online/inside sales, proven track record of successfully leading a sales team (experience in an inside sales/ telemarketing environment).
* Understanding of the online advertising industry.
