Geo Product Manager, Disaster Preparedness and Recovery Job Listing at Google in Tokyo

* Lead Google’s effort to assist recovery of disaster-stricken Tohoku region and to prepare for future disasters
* Manage development of various products for recovery assistance and support activities to directly contribute to our users and communities in need
* Drive Google’s cross-functional teams in Product (Geo, Crisis Response, Search and other teams), Policy, PR and successfully build and launch products and achieve the wide usage of the products and features.
Minimum qualifications

* BS in Computer Science or related engineering field (in lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
* 4 years of successful leadership experience in product planning, product management or related field.

Preferred qualifications

* Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
* Native-level Japanese and business-level English
